Hello Beloved Friend,
Hope all is well. Winds are blowing cold and nature is preparing us for winter. I am lighting up my new creation of Lavender & Sage Candles and writing this letter to you. I like to suggest that you should invest in preparation to preserve and prosper our nature like all the spices on our planet by adapting preventive seasonal lifestyles.
As you know we are entering into the last phase of the sun cycle, motion toward the north pole from Dec 21st in the sign of Capricorn (Tropic of Winter) till Jan 20th. This is the purpose of flying kites to check the direction of the wind changes towards the north. We will officially be in the season for Winter—the season of regeneration and preservation for the future.

You will find water will taste sweeter and good. Yes, because the moon is the ruler of the winter. Winter moon is more beautiful. Also water is your emotions, so avoid cold water. Emotions are more powerful in the winter, so please administer your emotions and your water habits. Be gentle and caring with yourself and others.

Yes, I want to talk about this, fire is very important these days. All the fire in your body will be centered in your stomach. You will feel more hungry, so please watch your diet. Also Nuts, Oils, and Spices will enrich your personality. Edible gum is also a good choice for your joints. A warm cup of milk with saffron and cardamom will do a good job on your body.

Yes. Put some vaseline or sesame seed or castor oil drops in your nostrils, using a cotton swab. Doing your pranayama in the morning before sunrise will energize your mental faculties.

Winter is a good time to practice calmness and peace. So, ask yourself to be quiet with yourself and with others. You know silence is also a conversation.
