My Dear Friend, How are you moving along with the changes and challenges of the season from inner, above and beyond. It is ok to feel insecure, anxiety, and fear at this time of the year. We must maintain our course by staying in tune with nature within and without. Participation is the key.

Mars: October 20, Mars in Cancer encourages emotional connections
Mercury: Libra on October 10, and Scorpio on October 29.
Jupiter: On October 9, Jupiter goes retrograde, prompting reflection and reassessment. During this period, it is good to reevaluate your life and lifestyle.
Venus: August 25 , September 18 sees Venus in Libra.
Saturn: Saturn the justice will enter into the Aquarius constellation of the veilling star, this is a constellation of sacred and hidden powers on October 3rd.
On October 3, 2024, we will experience the second and last solar eclipse of this year. What makes this eclipse all the more spectacular is that it will coincide with the sacred day dedicated to honouring ancestors. This annular solar eclipse will take place in the Virgo sign, where four planets – Sun, Moon, Ketu(south node) and Mercury will be conjunct – which will cast its influence on all areas of our life as Virgo, an earthy sign of the zodiac, will make big changes and challenges as we see around the world. These conjunctions will affect us with fast and rapid movements and events.
Season is changing and we should preserve and prepare our FIRE for the coming months. Fire is a power that helps with your self survival, self preservation, commitment, passion, devotion, and warmth among other benefits. This is a good time for fasting for up to 2 weeks at the beginning of the month. This is to preserve your digestive juices and survive the contaminations of seasonal changes.
TAKE A SALT BATH.
For Chakra health:
Root chakra: best time to start your workout plan, yoga or exercise.
Sacral: Prefer Room temperature water. Drinking boiled water will be a blessing. adding a honey will add more benefits.
Solar plexus: discipline your diet. Avoid spicy, fried and oily foods.
Heart: practice focusing on your breathing with gratitude and loving kindness.
Throat: Talk to yourself respectfully, kindly, and only when necessary. Just sit and practice listening to yourself rather than talking.
Third eye: plan your ideas, be intuitive. Practice your affirmations after meditation. you will, you think and you act.
Crown: Prayers are the best ways to connect you to your higher self and consciousness. Pray for the right emotions, guidance and actions with sincere, compassion and complete vision.
